NTA NEET UG 2024 Registration and City Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is once again gearing up to organize the All India National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2024). Candidates who have enrolled for the admission test can now check their exam city and download their admit cards. Recently, NTA unveiled the exam date for NEET UG 2024 through a calendar release. Just like last year, this year’s exam will also be conducted in offline mode. Additionally, there’s been a syllabus update for NEET UG 2024, with the National Medical Commission (NMC) rolling out the revised syllabus. Short Details Notification of NTA NEET UG Exam 2024

NTA NEET 2024 UG Eligibility Code

  • NEET UG Code 01: A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e., 12th Standard in 2024, and whose result is awaited, may apply and take up the test. However, they will not be eligible for admission to MBBS or BDS if they do not pass the qualifying examination with the required percentage of marks at the time of the first round of counseling.
  • NEET UG Code 02: The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination, which is equivalent to the 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years of study. The last two years of study must comprise Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (including practical tests), and Mathematics or any other elective subject, along with English.
  • NEET UG Code 03: The Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science from an Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (including practical tests), and English as a compulsory subject.
  • NEET UG Code 04: The Pre-professional/Pre-medical Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English after passing either the Higher Secondary Examination or the Pre-University or an equivalent examination. The examination must include practical tests in these subjects and English as a compulsory subject.
  • NEET UG Code 05: The first year of a three-year degree course from a recognized University with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology, including practical tests, provided the examination is a University Examination and the candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
  • NEET UG Code 06: B.Sc. Examination from an Indian University, provided the candidate has passed with not less than two of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/Biotechnology, and has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
  • NEET UG Code 07: Any other examination that is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (including practical tests), and English, based on scope and standard.

    • Instruction for NEET UG

  • Aadhar Card, ABC Card, PAN Card, or Digilocker is mandatory for the All India NTA NEET 2024 Examination.
  • Photo Instructions: Provide a clear Passport Size and 4×6 Size Photo with a White Background. Make sure to include your Name and the Date the Photo was Taken.
  • The photo must be taken after 01/01/2024.
