The National Testing Agency (NTA) is once again organizing the NEET UG 2024 exam, a national entrance test for medical courses. If you’re registered for the exam, you can now check your exam city and admit card. NTA recently released the exam date through a calendar. Just like last year, this year’s exam will be held offline. Also, there’s a new syllabus for NEET UG 2024, released by the National Medical Commission (NMC). NTA NEET UG 2024 : Eligibility Code
- Code 01: Candidates awaiting the results of their 12th standard exams in 2024 may take the NEET UG test. However, they must pass the qualifying exam with the required percentage of marks during the first round of counseling to be eligible for MBBS or BDS admissions.
- Code 02: Candidates must have completed 12 years of study, with the last two years covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (including practical tests), and Mathematics or another elective subject with English as per the National Council of Educational Research and Training’s recommendations.
- Code 03: Applicants must have completed the Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science from an Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (with practical tests), and English.
- Code 04: Candidates must have passed the Pre-professional/Pre-medical Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English after completing the Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent.
- Code 05: Candidates who have completed the first year of a recognized University’s three-year degree course with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology (including practical tests) are eligible, provided they passed the earlier qualifying examination with specified subjects and English.
- Code 06: Candidates must have passed the B.Sc. Examination from an Indian University with at least two of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, along with passing the earlier qualifying examination with specified subjects and English.
- Code 07: Candidates who have completed an examination equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (with practical tests), and English, are eligible.
Important Guide for NEET UG 2024
- Candidates must provide either their Aadhar Card, ABC Card, PAN Card, or Digilocker for the All India NTA NEET 2024 Examination.
- Photo Instructions: Candidates need a clear passport-size photo and a 4×6 size photo with a white background. Ensure that the candidate’s name and the photo taken date are included.
- The photo must be taken after 01/01/2024.
